Chef Ta-Tanisha Snead

Chef Ta-Ta is a Virginia native who relocated to Louisiana to complete her formal training at Louisiana Culinary Institute in 2014. The dishes she creates are not only aesthetically pleasing but a treat to taste. After graduating, she Chef Ta-Ta has shared her skill-set with many through her Catering and Meal Preparation Services, Pop -Up tastings, and community giveback. Additionally, she has worked alongside well-known Chefs such as John Folse and Dickie Brennon has allowed Chef Ta-Ta to showcase her Food Swingz brand. In July of 2014, she was featured on Food Network’s “The Freshman Class Cut Throat Kitchen” which has yet to air.

From classics to modern amazement, she creates dishes that match her unique style and personality. When Chef Ta-Ta is not in the kitchen, she is creating new recipes and culinary products or giving back to the community through her VOW charity efforts.

A young Atlanta thinker, author and entrepreneur, Waleed is emerging on the global scene as a respected business and civic leader. His business acumen and commitment to empower others with an entrepreneurial spirit and reach-for-your-dreams attitude has earned him praise from business, political and community leaders. In the past decade, he’s raised several million dollars for start-up ventures and non-profit organizations. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for Athletes, Entertainers, Entrepreneurs and Producers; managing and protecting their personal business and philanthropic interest.

As managing partner of ARE, Inc., an angel investment firm founded by NBA Veteran Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Waleed has helped lead its emergence in the real estate, restaurant and entertainment industries. He was co-executive producer for the hit reality show Being Bobby Brown and Producer of a theatrical production entitled Drumline Live™, which brings to life the story and experience of the Historical Black College and University marching band. His dive into the entertainment industry has led him to form relationships with media moguls Spike Lee, Robert Townsend, Polow da Don and Dallas Austin, among others. 
Occasionally, he conducts workshops and presentations on various business topics. As Director of Operations for the Allen Entrepreneurial Institute, Waleed was instrumental in supporting the Vision, to increase the number and size of minority and women owned businesses throughout the US and Globally.

Waleed is also founder of Youth V.I.B.E., a non-profit business mentorship program for high school students. Celebrating 20 years, the mentorship program has expanded to include several afterschool locations serving over 250 students daily with an annual operating budget of over $1 Million USD. Waleed has recently authored a book, Excellence at a Minimum: The Plight of an Entrepreneur and is currently launching a new concept for the family business entitled Supreme Burger, with the intent to open 100 locations over the next five years and take the company public in 2020. Most recently, Waleed has accepted an invitation to present at the United Nations Global Chinese Youth Leaders Summit August 10-12 in New York to discuss the importance of Global Etiquette for business and cultural relations.

Waleed has received the prestigious Businessman of the Year Award, the Service above Self Award, the Rising Star Award, the GA Goodwill Ambassador Award and the Champion Award and the Young Adult of the Year Award. He holds a bachelors of science degree in Business Economics from Florida A & M University and an Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Walden University. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Waleed is married to Quiana and has three children; Naim, Layla and Siraj.
